Clubmark
Hailsham Hockey Club was awarded its Clubmark status in December 2005. This is the Sport England and England Hockey accreditation for the quality of service run by the club with respect to its junior section.
This process included verification by external bodies of our coaching practice and the completion of a portfolio detailing the activities of the club and how the club is run.
At the June 2004 AGM, Child Protection and Equity policies were adopted. The details can be found through the following links:

The club still continues to operate to the standards set out by Clubmark, but due to the lenghty processes required to maintain the qualification the club decided not to renew the certification after the 3 year validity period expired.
