The Teams
Hailsham is a small club in East Sussex fielding on Saturdays 2 men's, 2 ladies, 1 boys development side and on a Sunday 1 mixed side. We draw players from Hailsham, Eastbourne, Polegate, Willingdon, Heathfield, Uckfield and the surrounding areas.Hailsham plays its hockey in the Sussex leagues.
The club has an occasional mens veterans team and a strong junior section.
The junior section has weekly coaching sessions with EH qualified coaches and experienced helpers.
The Men's 1st XI play in the Sussex Premier League and the other 2 teams play in the Sussex Open League Division 1 and 3
The Millers play in the Sussex Development League.
The Ladies play in the Sussex Ladies Hockey League Division 1 and Division 4.
The senior section also has weekly training sessions.
The Mixed team play Sunday friendly matches, play in the Buxted Barrel and the county championships and 7-a-side competitions.
The teams play home games on the Hailsham Community College pitch.
